A long stake-out with an alcoholic desk clerk provides results. Detective Sergeant Friday is assigned to robbery detail. Four young hoodlums wanted for a series of robberies are headed for Los Angeles. They're armed, reckless and cold-blooded. It's Friday's job to get them.
