This episode features the latest Dragon Age News and the podcast team's discussion about Meghann's PC Power Play Dragon Age 2 review. In the process, we take a behind the scenes look at what it's like to be a professional game critic and even find time to discuss the possibility of griffins fighting dogs.

Dave and Ann are joined by guest hosts Questorion and Xander along with a voice from the past for epic discussions on Dragon Age II, modding, and machinima. Also including a couple important announcements about the future of the podcast, this is one you won't want to miss.

As promised, our spoiler-filled look at Dragon Age II is here, but things certainly didn't go as planned in the last episode. Friend of the show, Zuzana, joins David, Mike, and Ann for a very chaotic episode filled with nerd rage, gratuitous cursing, much talk of cookies, quite a bit of laughing, and an important announcement. We hope you like it, but if you don't, we'll gladly accept your hate mail.

It's the first episode since the release of Dragon Age II and we have a lot to say about it. In addition to our extensive discussions on our impressions of the game, we're also joined by guest host, daywalker03, who introduces us to a few mods already available for the PC version of Dragon Age II. We do try our best to avoid spoilers in this one, so expect the next episode to be full of them. Thanks for listening!

That's right, we've been doing this a whole year. So we thought it would be nice to take a look back at our past, as well as glance forward into the future, for this special anniversary edition of the Dragon Age Podcast. We hope this is a fitting send-off to Dragon Age: Origins, and we eagerly anticipate the arrival of Dragon Age II. To every one of you who made this possible, thanks for listening!

David and Mike welcome Ann onto the show as a guest host the best way we know how, with lots of tangents and inane banter. There's plenty worth talking about as well with the Dragon Age II launch just weeks away and the playable demo right around the corner. We hope you enjoy it.

In this episode, Mike gets his ear pierced and Dave is sucked back into the world of RPGs. We discuss strategy guides, what we know about the upcoming Dragon Age II demo, the DRM options available for Dragon Age II, and our planned feature on Dragon Age Legends is neutered before it begins.
