Our lives are to be that of prayer and our speech should be wise and seasoned with salt.

Wives are subject to their husbands and husbands are to love their wives and not be overbearing with their children.

God has transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, and our sins have been forgiven.

We are built up in Christ.

We are to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, since our transgressions and sins have been canceled, since Christ was nailed on the cross.

Don't get caught up in letting others judge you regarding food or drink or in respect to festival or Sabbath day.

Christ rescued us from the domain of darkness.

We are to have no confidence in our flesh or what we feel we can accomplish on our own merits, who were are born to, what status we have in life, etc,.

Our citizenship is in heaven and that's more important than anything here on earth.

God's peace passes all understanding.

We are to think on the things that are honorable, right, pure, and lovely.

Finally God provides for His own. We are to be satisfied with what He gives us. He will provide all of our needs.

 We are warned of the evil workers that have come into our mist.

We are to have no confidence in our flesh or what we feel we can accomplish on our own merits, who were are born to, what status we have in life, etc,.
