The ides, of the 10th month will shift ourunderstanding of self within the inner depths of the mind and conditioning. This point in the cycle moves us to understand greater potential and how to align with the soul’s directive, not to the reactions of the external world. It will challenge family, familiarity, and how karmas and experiences are created from the inner mind. It will strengthen the understanding of true self and how to create through divine and the infinite source and not from one’s reactionary limitations.

Recommended Pranayama:
Nadi Shodhana- Alternate Nostril breath 20 min daily, preferably at night or beat sunrise.
Or 555 Breath- Inhale through the nose for 5 seconds, hold for five seconds, exhal out the nose into the low belly (slow and controlled) 5 seconds, hold breath the breath out for 5 secs. This is one round, repeat 5 times or for 10-15 min.
** This is a very challenging breath, do not be fooled by its simplicity. It will challenge bound structures within the subtle body, strengthen the mind and clear spaces for greater control and alignment.
