Episode 9 Mother's Day video with Art Therapy activity. This video will help those who are grieving and sad because they have lost their mother or loved one. Annice uses scriptures and art therapy techniques to cope with the sad emotions of Mothers Day without your mother.

Materials needed: paper, pen, and a envelope

This inspiring episode will help you to build courage and confidence through a spiritual perspective. Annice tells a story of an intruder at school and the courage her students displayed.

*The Art Therapy activity will include additional information on building courage. Learn how to gain courage and confidence with a focus on your personal growth with drawing.

This is Episode 7, "The Proverbs Woman". Annice will discuss the traits and characteristics of the Proverbs Woman and her significance for modern women. She will add her own spiritual insights, experiences, and life lessons on this important topic.

This is the Art Therapy Activity for the 3 Part Series on "Purpose". Annice will teach you how to make a "Me Butterfly" which incorporates your wonderful personal qualities on a paper butterfly. Learn about the importance of self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-image in shaping your emotional well-being.

Materials Needed: Art pad, colored markers (or colored pencils), scissors, glue stick, and a piece of copy paper.

This video is Episode 1 of a three part series on "Purpose". This video discusses why we need a purpose in life and how we can find our purpose. Annice tells a delightful story of how students in a second grade class raised butterflies and learned about purpose. 

*The Art Therapy Activity will be published after Part 3 of the series is published as it will encompass all 3 parts.

This inspiring video will help you to have renewed hope in your life. Annice will tell a touching and inspirational story, quote helpful scriptures, and offer a positive message.

This Art Therapy Activity is in combination with Episode 3  "The Saving Grace of Hope" video. You will be making a "Happy Place" collage. Gather materials from the art supplies list that make you happy. 

Art supplies:

1)  Magazines, travel brochures, newspaper, & etc

2)  scissors

3)  glue stick

4)  yarn or cord piece

5)  paper to be used as a base for the project

This fun activity goes along with Episode 2. "The Power of  Gratitude". Get your art pad (or a piece of paper) and markers (or pencil) and join in the fun. The activity is taught using a doodle drawing style. Make Beach theme art using the word, "Gratitude".
