So, this week was really heavy for me. I have been processing a lot of old energy that has been with me for a very long time now.

My final divorce paperwork was filled today! Its been over 7 years coming! I was able to release that energy. Met with my X husband and was able to really have a healing conversation for both of us.

There is so much power in forgiveness and vulnerability.

I appreciate my experience and wanted to share it with you all.

I am such a crybaby in this one... but y'all know how I do it..

Its always real and raw.
