In this episode, I want to share something that recently shifted for me.
After returning from a trip to Greece and Turkey, everything at home looked exactly the same. My calendar filled back up, the emails were waiting, and the business kept moving forward. But internally, something had changed.
Experiencing a slower pace and being fully present made me realize that constant availability is not leadership. It is a structure that can quietly follow you everywhere if you let it.
For a long time, I told myself I was being responsible by staying involved in everything. But if I am honest, some of that was control.
In this episode, I talk about the moment I realized parts of my business were built around me always being available. That realization forced me to ask a different question. Not how do I stay connected while I am away, but why does the business need me constantly in the first place?
I share what the uncomfortable middle phase of change looks like, letting go of control, building better systems, and creating a business that can stand without you being involved in everything.
I also share a personal moment with my daughters that reminded me why presence matters more than anything else.
This season of Dream. Ignite. Build. is about building a business and a life that do not compete with each other. They support each other.
