This week I talk about my experience in Flagstaff, AZ with my host Matt Fitzgerald! I learned a lot from Matt. He is a gracious host, wonderful running coach and author. This is a city and trip I will not soon forget. Hopefully this inspires you to go on your own Dream Run vacation or at the very least, seek out a fun adventure to go learn from new people and see new places. It's a great wide world out there.
