  • Interview with Rising Indie Artist J-Suave hosted by Qween$Ching

JSuave is a rapper turned producer from Houston, TX. Born in the late 80’s Suave missed most of what is considered the golden era of Hip Hop, but fell in love as soon as he was exposed to the art form. He began recording early on to cassette tape with the help of his brother, J~Shawn, and cousin, Clizzy Houston.

He continued to pursue a recording career that eventually peaked his interest in music production. He became so interested that he enrolled in a multi media institution in Orlando FL, where he graduated with an associate degree in recording arts.

After graduation the real test began, the test of patience, endurance, and skill. Through the ups and downs of the music business and in the face of adversity he maintains and evolves.

With the years spent perfecting his craft and all he has learned about music he emerges the next dominate force in music. Peace, Love, Faith, Suave.

  • Interview With Rising Indie Artist Stoops hosted by Qween$Ching
My name is Byron Johnson, but I go by the name of Stoops. Since I wrote this, I’m going to speak in the first person. When I’m big enough to have somebody actually write my bio, we’ll bring in the third person. Anyway, I’m from Detroit, Michigan, but my passion brought me to Los Angeles. That passion is music, and it’s been my passion since I was 12 years old. I always knew it would drive my life, but I had no idea it would land me in Hollywood. And there’s nothing like being an independent artist in that city.  I went from working on film sets, to random music sessions with Peedi Crack, to delivering Puffy’s dry cleaning every day, trying to figure out how to let him know what he had in front of him.  Either way, it always comes back to the music, and it always will. It’s only a matter of time before you get it.

  • Interview with Rising Indie Artist JCraig hosted by Qween$Ching
JCraig is an emerging force on the music entertainment landscape, launching out of total obscurity after overcoming many of life’s tragedies and transforming himself round by round into a reliable singer, songwriter, and producer. After serving his country in the armed forces, he has emerged simply as an artist with a soulful niche, and he knows how to work it.
This PK was the youngest boy of five, born to a Bishop. From the earliest moments, he was singing and playing guitar in the church. Soon, he became an accomplished musician. Family and peers in New York knew that J was a gifted writer and musician. Oftentimes, they would par ooze the musical credits looking for his name. Well, here he is stamping out one hit after another.
Now in Memphis, home of STAX and other notable musicians, you’ll find JCraig committed and working diligently on his many projects. Music is all over him. It’s in his head, hands, and feet. In a dimly lit studio, it’s electrifying and amazing to see J

  • Interview with Rising Indie Artist Jay Elle hosted by Qween$Ching

My name is Jay Elle. I am a singer, songwriter, and guitar player. I write pop songs, most often appearing under the label “singer-songwriter.” The songs are a bit on the mellow side for the most parts these days. Since it’s only my guitar and myself at the moment you might say that the overall sound could also fit in the urban-folk category. I play a nylon string Ovation guitar which gives me a fairly unique sound. Think of it as a reprieve from the digital world for a moment, a vacation island for your ears.

I live in New York City. The city that never sleeps and where music doesn’t sleep either, not even for a catnap.

I admire anyone who writes well-crafted songs from Cole Porter to many contemporary writers you hear on the radio today, in all genre. Of course, I have my preferences, writers who combine lyrics and music in a very unique way, and happen to be amazing musicians and singers, some of which are now classics: Billy Joel, Freddie Mercury, Paul McCartney, Sting..

  • Interview with Rising Indie Artist Lil Gabe hosted by Qween$Ching
Gabriel Patterson aka Lil Gabe has always had a love for music. Growing up in the small town of Burton, Tx, he had the benefit of listening to some of the best rappers of the south. With some of his favorite rappers being J-Dawg, T.I., Lil Boosie, and Pimp C; he had plenty of inspiration. However even though he had a love for music his aspiration of becoming a rapper didn’t come until later on in life. He actually started off with the love of football and had the dream of going pro. However, with a career ending injury in 2012 where he tore all of his ligaments/nerves in his right shoulder, his life changed. See becoming an artist didn’t just happen overnight, he started off just joking with his friends. Over time listening to beats, writing rhymes, and reciting verses became something he did every day. With the thought of making something happen in this rap business, the label Cash Life ENT came into existence. From recording songs in his bedroom on other artist’s beats to now recordi
