In the mid 80's while on his way to the Philippines to film Platoon, Charley Sheen made a pitstop in Arizona to film the Wraith. A film in which he plays an avenging angel in a futuristic car hunting down members of a street racing gang that killed him. While this movie was sold as a revenge flick, there are plenty of 80s shenanigans and quite a few scenes that are horrifically misogynistic by todays standards. But it has Randy Quaid as a cop and Clint Howard as a chemical huffing gearhead. It also stars Sherilyn Fenn in a red bikini if you are into that sort of thing.
