Disney has released the first episode of the long awaited Nick Fury / Skrull centric show, Secret Invasion. Playing off the surprises of Captain Marvel, we see how the new Disney+ show differs from the immensly popular Marvel comic series.

We review an early cut of the DC movie The Flash without any spoilers. The movie has been in development for 4 years and between Covid and some high profile issues with it's lead the film has had its share of controversy. Warner Bros has been running sneak previews of the movie throughout the past month and we have a chance to talk about it. Is it a good closing film for the current non-James Gunn DC universe? Is it a Flash movie or a Keaton Batman movie? How is Ezra Miller in the lead role? 

Speaking of superheroes, we also review Spider-man Across the Spiderverse, and its many many spider-people. How do they fit so many characters into one film? Surprise! It's a pt 1 of 2.

Rob checked out Genndy Tartakovsky's (Samurai Jack) new animated series Unicorn : Warriors Eternal. 

And Ted Lasso comes to an end with season 3. How did they wrap up all the ongoing storylines and was it successful?

And in news we have a small tribute to the Iron Sheik, one of the greatest wrestling villains of all time and a surprise lawsuit involving Upper Deck and Disney.

It wasn't supposed to be a music episode but its about as close to one as we've had in awhile. We talk about the new Metallica album 72 seasons. Metallica had a huge marketing campaign and push for this new album. Is it just capitalism or is the album a return to their ferocious metal past?

 The Foo Fighter's Studio 666 is a horror movie about the band holing up in a haunted mansion to record their 10th album. Demon possesion ensues and members of the band are dispatched in horrific ways. It came out over a year ago, but with the death of Taylor Hawkins Greg hesitated to review it. 

Chupa sold itself as a kid friendly ET-esque film about a baby chupacabra, does the actual film follow through.

The Mandalorian season 3 is over and we discuss the major events and review the season as a whole.

Finally Omar checks out Mrs Davis, an eclectic AI based show invovling nuns, the holy grail and the always delightful Margo Martindale. 

The question of the week is about music. Particularly clever lyrics and plays on words.
