As an adult I do a version of this meditation every.single.day! I created this simple and interactive version to help your kids ground down their energy, protect themselves (so they don't take on the feelings and emotions of others) and connect in with their intution. It's such a simple but powerful practice to include into your mornings or to use a tool when your children are overwhelmed and unregulated!
