I've been receiving a lot of comments or opinions that success is rely on our parents or life. That makes me thinking a lot especially the coaching game, Race of Life. It is reality since those are our unfair advantages, but we still need to be hardworking for our own success, which is our own dream.

Your revenue is the average of your five best friends. This could be true as we need to take a close look to their topics and you will figure out the reason that's true. Find a community which the topic is about self-growth, is about success, is about dream.

如果我要說有什麼東西會限制我們成功，有什麼東西會阻礙我們創意創新，莫過於用一個守舊的思想去看待新鮮事物及創意的東西，用一個避錯的心態去進行新行業，參與新項目。

I've been thinking what is the key really avoid success and being creative, I bet it will be no doubt as trying to avoid failure, being so old-fashioned in the mindset and never allow new ideas come to your place.

無論你做了那麼多事情，好與壞都總會有人批評你，因此我們對於批評可以說成是相當厭倦。不過我們也要做一個理性的追夢者，把有用的抽出來，認同的拿出來，如果不接納或者不接受，就當耳邊風聽完就算，因為很多時候批評是來自於他們自己本身的價值觀及想法，未必有考慮到你當下的情緒及現實情況，簡單來說，為什麼批評會讓我們覺得厭倦，很大的原因就是那些人不懂得批評而已。

To be honest, in some ways I believe those negative thinking or criticism is based on their own opinions or mindset to advise but in most of the ways, they don't really know how to make it in a smart way.

相比於其他世代，他們幾乎是生活於數碼以及互聯網普及的情況下，因此對於他們來說，他們的學習能力、接納新事物的能力以及整個格局觀都與上一代不一樣，亦因為觀念不同，他們能夠為社會某些問題上帶來改變。

What do you think about GentZ? There is a lot of answers, good or bad. However, in some way, the GentZ is quite the important role in the future along with a lot of crisis and social issues.
