There’s always a way to find a way.
As the 2nd of 15 children who grew up in a family of sharecroppers under segregation, lost a promising career in the air force due to alcohol, and lived homeless in Colorado, Frank Sinclair understands struggle. Thankfully his story didn’t end there. In fact, these painful experiences led Frank to both his success and his purpose.
Only weeks after being homeless, Frank became a brilliant executive in the corporate, then a successful entrepreneur all while raising 3 children who would become C-Suite executives in their own right.

Frank Sinclair is the Chief Encouragement Officer for Dream Again LLC, a coaching, keynote speaking, and training enterprise. His primary focus are entrepreneurs. He is widely known in the region as the No. 1 Encouragement Empowerment Coach. Married to Michelle, all three of his adult children are business executives in Denver. He is certified in diversity, leadership development, culture change management, Emotional Intelligence, and Interpersonal Communications. Educated in business at the University of Maryland and Biblical Studies at Nazarene Bible College, received an honorary doctorate from Cornerstone University, and he has 13 grandchildren. He has authored Dream Again, Lessons on Leveraging Your Pain (2020), Co-Author of Your Personal Life Coach (2021) and the upcoming Your Personal Business Coach (September 2022). After eight years in the Air Force, Frank has made Colorado Springs home the last 38 years. Born into object poverty and a self-described saboteur, creating an unhealthy pattern he struggled with into his forties. Inspired by his children’s success he created Dream Again LLC 4 years ago. Building on momentum built in 2020 and 2021, he is now expanding the brand through “The Dream Again Coaches Collaborative”. This subset of Dream Again will Have 10 coaches and speakers initially creating a world-class organization that will expand its reach, initially nationally with 4 additional statesthen internationally. This ambitious platform will set new standards for small business thinking with a global mindset. I am so excited for this venture and all that will be created for the purpose and good of humanity. We launched it on January 10 th of this year and will quickly seek to expand the brand.

After a successful career in commercial radio and television, Peter Walker created and operated the world’s first environmental and conscious radio network, Planet Radio.
On December 21st, 2012, Peter left his partner, daughter, family, career and friends, sold or gave away his possessions and began a personal walking pilgrimage. He walked 13,000 kilometres in nine countries, investigating the concepts of Balance, Peace and Freedom underpinned by love, in his own life and the lives of others.
Peter is an author, powerful orator, master of ceremonies, teacher and student of the extraordinary possibilities and opportunities of life.
He teaches personal development and sacred sexuality workshop retreats whilst dreaming in a vision called “The Village.”
In 2014 he created the first edition of “The Village,” a unique series of gatherings introducing a new social system for the 3rd millenium.
He is now authoring a series of ten epic novels entitled “The Village”. The first book, “The Call” was published recently.

The experience of something is far more important than the result. This is why failing at insane, unrealistic goals is often more powerful than succeeding at challenging, realistic ones.
Guillaume Sauve, Co-Founder of Trillion Doller Impact has lived this example by taking a year off school at 15 to write his first book, becoming a successful erotica writer, embracing insane challenges like living in darkness for 5 days or running an ultramarathon with no training, and selling everything he owned to travel the world.

Guillaume Sauvé is an ordinary man who has led an extraordinary life. He has fallen in love with fear, nearly died (twice), and published 7 books. He’s an expert at failing at insane goals, helping people without trying to, and making bad puns. His favourite animal is the tiger (a fact you will only know if you read this as it was not discussed in the episode). He has also accepted the challenge issued to him by Dan to write his life’s story in the appropriately titled book: Falling In Love With Fear.
