What is a daydream? When nighttime dreams spill into the waking state, they are much richer than daydreams. We become lucid, able to control the out-of-body experiences of the dream world. We step into that wisdom we had only accessed during sleep.
Not only that, our energy frequencies change, and those changes help us navigate the dimensions of dreams. We learn about thought-generated travel that allows the energy of thought to help us travel within our dreams and other meditative states.
