  • S1E3: How to Be Famous and Live Anywhere, Part 1 - (A.K.A. The New Showbiz)
Are you interested in being a media maven of the 21st century? Then this episode is for you. It's about the opportunities that exist now and what the future holds for the next generation of performers, producers, and content creators. Basically we're going to talk about how to be famous in the digital era.

Also in this episode, I talk about my time working as an intern for "The Late Show with David Letterman" and how that experience living and working in New York altered the trajectory of my life in a massive way.

I interview award-winning veteran anchorman Scott Walker, and we talk about the realities of working in the "old" media, what the future of media looks like, and how a viral video brought him some unexpected fame--"show me the gold!"

    Episode Highlights, Lowlights and Takeaways:

    • Why I turned away from a promising career in media
    • Why I chose Louisiana over New York
    • Old Media vs. New Media
    • The Mobile Leprechaun might still be out there
    • and Stupid Pet Tricks!

  • S1E2: Behind bars (and Lifestyle Design)

Welcome to Episode 2 of the Dreamster Podcast! In this episode, we introduce some outside voices into the show and talk with online entrepreneurs who have successfully built businesses that support the unique lifestyle they want, some of which are very lucrative.

I talk about my brief time in jail and how being “grounded from life” for a year resulted in launching my first online business and how the principles of lifestyle design apply today. Can you launch an online media business (or whatever your dream is) and run it from anywhere? Let’s talk about it. Finally, I escape Jacksonville and move to my dream city, where I still reside.

    Episode Highlights, Lowlights and Takeaways:

    • Why Jacksonville is hell on Earth if you’re in your 20s and single
    • What would you do if you only had 1 hour per day to work?
    • The recipe for the perfect hangover cure
    • Prison meal tips

  • S1E1: Destiny Calling

Welcome to the first episode of the Dreamster Podcast! This show is the (very honest) story of me--Brandon Beeyard--chasing my lifelong dream of becoming a broadcaster and producer. The only catch is: after a decade of working in other careers, I’m starting over at age 35. Is it too late for me? I don’t think so. (At least I hope not.) No matter what your dream is, I hope the lessons I’ve learned will help you.

In this episode I quit my soul-crushing job at a financial firm’s cubicle farm with no plan and no prospects. I attempt to become a YouTube star and put a lot of pressure on myself. I wrestle with the darkness and self doubts. I talk about how “The Price is Right” shaped my life, and I get arrested!

    Episode Highlights, Lowlights and Takeaways:

    • Is it possible to start a media business and run it from anywhere in 2019?
    • When you’re meant for something there are signs
    • Promote or Die!
    • Falling into the false life
    • And I get arrested!
