  • Flaunt! Build Your Dreams, Live Your Sparkle! with Lora Cheadle
How to Create a Vision Board that Actually WORKS!Vision Boards are tools that help us "get us what we want," right? You know, like manifesting fancy homes, fast cars and dreamy relationships. All you have to do is dream big, find a picture, and slap it on your vision board and voila! The Universe will deliver. Except that it doesn't really happen that way, and then people git disappointed and claim that vision boarding and manifestation is woo-woo stuff that just doesn't work. Are you ready to learn the trick to making a vision board that actually works? We are creative beings, and we create using our emotions, thoughts, and feelings. Unless our emotions, thoughts, and feelings are involved in the creative process, we will not successfully create that which we desire! What does that mean? It means that unless the images and phrases used on our vision board stir an emotional response within us, they aren't going to manifest! Join Lora as she teaches you exactly how to create a vision board that works and also why the vision board process works to target the subconscious portion of the brain.

  • Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour with Mariam Massaro
Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour #361 Part Two was taped at Singing Brook Studio in Worthington, Massachusetts on a lush July afternoon and features Gaea Star Band members Mariam Massaro on vocals, native flute, kalimba, harmonica and ukulele and Bob Sherwood on piano and congas. We begin today’s show with the mystical, drifting “It’s Only You Who Can Surrender”, brought in with Mariam’s lyrical flute and carried by Bob’s emotive, sensual piano. “Hello To Our Bodies’ Rhythm” begins with bluesy harmonica from Mariam and drifts into a lovely summer reverie as Mariam picks up her ukulele and sings of ease and flow. “We Carry The Dreams Of The People” pays homage to the victims of this week’s mass shooting in the form of a gorgeous, deeply felt ballad and “From Stardust We Came” is a bluesy meditation carried by Mariam’s chiming acoustic guitar. We continue with a trio of songs from Mariam’s CDs, the expansive, adventurous and African-flavored “Vision Quest”, the hopeful, acoustic guitar-driven “Rooms Of Doubt” and the deeply romantic, 50’s-flavored “When You Touch Me”. “While I Stand In The Forest” is a lush ballad to nature, and today’s closer “Nothing To Fear” features Mariam’s piano and acoustic guitar from Bob.

  • Love By Intuition with Deborah Beauvais
How to Raise a More Connected Generation with Florence Ann Romano The Windy City NannyGen Z – The Loneliest Generation in the United States TodayWhat can we do now to make a difference for our children and the generations to come in order to avoid the epidemic of loneliness, stress, anxiety and disconnection that 18-22 year-olds are experiencing now? Story Link: https://www.latimes.com/opinion/op-ed/la-oe-soni-campus-student-loneliness-20190714-story.htmlAccording to a recent survey by the global health service company Cigna, the loneliest generation in the United States today is not the oldest Americans but the youngest, specifically young adults between 18 and 22 years old. Students may have thousands of friends online, but few in real life. As a result, they feel disconnected from what it means to be human. The influence of many factors and the reality of the world we now live in has directly contributed to a crippling sense of anxiety and alienation in students across the country, but the question is what can we do to put a stop to it for the generations to come? The Windy City Nanny™ – The Voice of Childcare in the New MillenniumFlorence Ann Romano, The Windy City Nanny™ (www.WindyCityNanny.com), is a dedicated philanthropist and former nanny who has always had a special place in her heart for children. Romano worked for over 15 years as a nanny, beginning as a ‘Mommy’s helper’ at the age of 11. She shares her experiences in Nanny and Me (Mascot Books, May 2015), her beautifully illustrated debut book for children making the transition from being cared for solely by their parents to having a nanny in their home.Born and raised just outside of Chicago, Romano earned a degree in performance theatre at Bradley University in Peoria, IL. She is the CEO and Owner of Kindred Content – a full service video production company based in Chicago. She has served as President and Founder of a nonprofit board dedicated to autism awareness and now serves on the Executive Board of the Children’s Research Fund at Lurie’s Children’s Hospital.
