Kadee joins the show to talk about the incredible path that God provided her to lead to an incredible new journey, but after hearing her testimony, you'll hear her humble heart of desire to give all the glory to her heavenly Father. She shares how worship really helped her find comfort and joy during a really rough season in her life, and how she hopes her music will be a source of comfort and joy that points others to the heart of God.

In this episode, we have Dr. Phillis Dewitt, co-author of her autobiography with Mary L. Alesandrini, I'm Still Standing: How God Turned My Pain into Purpose. Phillis comes on the show to discuss her past with sexual trauma and abuse and shares how, despite her pain, she was able to find joy and comfort through her faith in God. Together with her first husband, Tony Dewitt, the two of them fostered over 100 children and took permanent legal guardianship over 10 of them. Through fostering, her husband's support in sharing her testimony, Phillis continues to find healing herself from the continual pain she experienced in her life, and found comfort in knowing that, in sharing her story, she was able to help others find freedom from their own sexual trauma.

On today's episode, Lydia Summer concludes the series on the Nearness and Presence of Yahweh with someone who's business centers around helping others spend more time drawing near and entering into God's presence. Founder of Wandering Wilde, Amelia Zobrist joins the conversation and shares her favorite way of spending time in His presence, which is through community. She reveals how she found her group of friends she became close with, which was in a very unexpected way.

Amelia encourages the church to draw near to one another, walk alongside one another, and build one another up in order to truly grow closer to Christ, instead of causing division amongst one another and allowing offense to lead you away from Him and the Church.

She shares her heart break and loneliness in her poems, yet ends her book with the message of redemption that can only be found through Christ alone. Writing her poems is one of many ways she draws near to God, and she finds solace and strength in Him when she faces trials.

Jimmy sits down with Lydia to share that there is more than one way to draw near to Yahweh, but it's not all concrete. In fact, Jimmy shares that there are abstract ways that we, as His children, can all draw near to our heavenly Father. He also shares that in order for us to truly draw near to Yahweh through concrete ways, we need to understand the abstract of who God is.

In her vulnerability, she recounts the past ten years since her journey began. In all of the valleys she has walked through, she remembers this truth: God is not out to get her.
