What up everyone!

We are back with another brand new episode!  In this episode, we talk about the Lakers & Rockets games 1 through 3.  We talk about what we think of the series and what the Lakers need to do.  

Also!  NFL kicks off Thursday! (Today) And you know what that means?!  Fantasy football begins!  We had 3 fantasy football drafts this past weekend and it's got everyone excited for the upcoming season.

Drew got a special invite for the "Maybe I'm Crazy Pod" fantasy league with the one and Only Joy Taylor!  Drew talks a little about the draft and conversations with Joy also.  Needless to say, Drew was star struck when he was on the Zoom call with her.

Welcome back, everyone!

We've got a great episode for you all today!  Today we get to talk about the Lakers 2nd round playoff matchup against the Houston Rockets.  Drew and Cody give their opinion on how they believe the 2nd round will go.  Will Houston's "small ball" style of play be enough to get past the Lakers?  Or will AD & Lebron continue to dominate the playoffs?

Next, we talk about the SF Giants being 2 games back of .500.  We asked Will the Giants make the playoffs?  With roughly 20 games left to go in the MLB shorten the season.  Can the Giants make a playoff push and sneak in?  Drew has also posted a new "One Giant Step" blog that talks about the Giants' bullpen issues!  Do you think the Giants will make the playoffs?

And of course, the NFL season is less than 2 weeks ago!  Raiders placed Tyrell Williams on season-ending IR due to a shoulder injury.  Will the Raiders miss Williams and do they have enough weapons to get through the season?

This episode was recorded on Wednesday night 8/26 at 8:30 pm PST.  In this episode, we react to the sports world boycotting their games to bring awareness to Jacob Blake.  For those who don't know.  Jacob Blake is a black man who was unarmed was shot 7 times in the back by police in Kenosha, WI.  We reacted and tried to give our opinion in the most recent events and the Sports world's decision to boycott games.

Also, in this episode to talk about the Lakers win over the Blazers in game 3 & 4 and if the Blazers are done for the series?  And we also squeezed in some Giants baseball!

We are back for another exciting Drew Code Sports Talk episode!  We also announced exciting news!  We will be redirecting and focusing more on SF Giants in the MLB, Las Vegas Raiders in the NFL, & LA Lakers in the NBA instead of all sports so we can give you all better quality content.  We thank everyone who has been with us from day 1 when we started only on YouTube and followed us when we began podcasting.

Also in this episode, we talked about the Lakers struggling against the Blazers and why the Lakers just can't seem to get in rhythm since the bubble has started.  Blazers are arguably the hottest team and probably the hungriest as well.  If the Lakers don't do something to in game 2 then it'll be very difficult to beat the Blazers.

What is going on everyone!  We are back with a brand new episode!

Before we get started!  Drew Code has a big announcement to make next week!  

This week's episode we talk about the NBA playoff race.  Damien Lillard and the Blazers have made their presence during these 8 game seeding games.  But another surprise team that has made some noise in the bubble is the Phoenix Suns!  The Suns are 7-0 in the bubble and are looking like the hottest team in the bubble right now.

We also talk about the Eastern Conference top teams along with the Clippers and Nuggets seeding and who should want to go #2 and #3.

Let us know if you think the Bucks will go unchallenged to the Finals.  Or is there a surprise team in the East that could potentially knock the Bucks out.  Also, let us know who will be the 8th seed in the West the Blazers or Suns?

What is going on everyone!

We are back with a brand new episode of Drew Code Sports Talk!  In this episode, we talk about baseball and the recent COVID-19 outbreak along with SF Giants baseball.  The Giants may be under .500 but are definitely performing better than expected.  We also talked about LA Angels DH/Pitcher, Shohei Ohtani.  Joe Madden came out and said Ohtani will not pitch anymore this season.  So we talked about whether Ohtani still has value in fantasy baseball.

And of course, we are talked about the NBA bubble as well!  Since the LA Lakers clinched the #1 seed in the Western Conference we talked about what the Lakers need to do to win it all!  We also talked about Western Conference teams that are a threat to the Lakers and the Clippers continuing to struggle in the bubble.
