Listen Now to Future News 1.21.2020 What a great workshop this last weekend with Randy Masters and cymatics wizard, Erik Larson! We spent two days learning tones, frequencies, vibrations and associated resonant patterns created by sounds in sand, powder, and water.  And news this week puts Space X in a position to lift American Astronauts to the International Space Station  within the next few months and global internet via the Starlink constellation by the end of the year! And then there is the rise of ‘invisible computing’, with the introduction of the Mojo smart contact lens computer. Exciting times, enjoy!

Listen Now to Future News 1.14.2020 Lots of News to share this week, including a special report from Mrs. Future on the Santa Cruz Wisdom Council coverage of our local homeless situation.  It was a great start to solving an age old issue, and I’ll think you’ll enjoy her presentation.  It appears our very own Milky Way  has made its way to the present by munching on smaller galaxies, but ‘eating’ means something very different on the galactic scale.  Bobby Wilder joins us for discussing a number of other stories this week, including IBM’s quest to use their new quantum computers to build a better battery from commonly available ingredients.  We also discuss the latest and greatest from the amazing Consumer Electronics Show 2020 in Las Vegas.  Enjoy!

Listen Now to Future News 1.07.2020 Well, here we are in the year 2020 and still having fun..a good sign!  We were a little concerned that the fun we could have had with Deep Fakes may have been curtailed by Facebook’s plans to ban them, but in further thinking about it, we believe their attempts at banning will simply improve the quality of deep fakes faster. Meanwhile shallow fakes are good fodder for satire and editorial commentary. And to keep things edgey, Cambridge Analytica whistle blower Brittany Kaiser is releasing thousands of documents that will lay bare the global infrastructure of an operation used to manipulate voters in 68 countries! Meanwhile, our new NASA planet finder, TESS, has found her first Earth type planet, only 101 light years from us. Good work, now all we need is the technology to get there quickly. The huge Consumer Electronics Show is in full tilt in Las Vegas, with many new gagets to amuse and amaze us, including new food. Great fake pork anyone? Enjoy..

Listen Now to Future News 12.31.2019 Happy New Year and welcome to a new decade on Planet Earth.  We have a lot to look forward to and a lot to leave behind as we hurtle into the “Soaring Twenties,” as Mrs. Future likes to say.  Explorations of the final frontier look bright, with many missions to Mars, the Moon and asteroids come to fruition. We look forward to sharing many exciting stories with you in the coming year and beyond!

Listen Now to Future News and Interview with Dr. Hal Myers 12.24.2019 This week we are very fortunate to have one of the pioneers from the world of bio/neural feedback to share with us what is now possible through self-regulation of our biology via our minds. My earliest memories of Hal were of him scribbling circuit diagrams in his notebook or napkin, back in our college days at McGill, prototyping devices that would blink or beep, changing tones and color as you learned to relax, slowing your heartbeat, or deepening your breathing.  At that time as a college student he co-founded Thought Technolgy Ltd., with his long time friend and partner Larry Klein, and together they have built their company into the world’s leading medical biofeedback instrumentation company while also sponsoring workshops with world authorities on self-regulation. Based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with 79 employees they continue their work, building new tools for treating conditions such as Stress, Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, Migraine and Tension Headaches, Hypertension, IBS, GI Disorders, Bruxism / TMJ, Reynauds, Sexual Dysfunction and Pain.

Listen Now to The Dr. Mrs. Future Show 12.17.2019 This week’s show includes some interviews we did at the Emerald Cup, the longest running sun grown cannabis celebration, contest and farmers market in the world. With increasing legalization around thecountry for cannabis products, many entrepreneurs are trying their hand at making a living in the field. For today’s show we get a feel for the growing market from folks at Bio365, providing premium soil for the burgeoning industry, and a tour of the ‘Cannabus’, the first legal mobile cannabis dispensary, by Jeremy Jacobs, a young  energetic entrepreneur from Kentucky.  We also hear from Barry Brilliant, helping to bring GemStx, a personal extractor to market. Personal what? Well, it’s kind of a like a personal distillery, but for cannabis. Make oil on the spot from your favorite buds. Exciting times in the Cannabis industry! We also look at  Near Space Labs and their low cost stratospheric imaging plans, new research in how we age in shifts (faster at ages 34, 60, 78), visiting the Chernobyl Control Room for your bucket list, how a musical AI is working on Beethoven’s 10th, his unfinished symphony, and a new genetic-based dating service as a way of avoiding inherited diseases. Enjoy, and Happy Holidays from us both! AI tackles finishing Mozart’s 10th

Listen Now to Dr. Karl Maret Trained in both medicine and engineering, Dr. Maret is uniquely qualified to give us a deeper view of  painting by Alex Grey how electromagetic emissions, such as those generated by our mobile and wifi devices, are affecting our health and well-being.  He has also studied how electromagnetics may be used as  healing tools, ‘electro-pharmaceuticals’, if you will.  So what to do about the upcoming 5G technologies and satellite internet systems now coming online?  Dr. Maret speaks to us on these issues, and related topics, such as thermal exposure limits, energy medicine, Rife technology and resonance, penetrating the Blood Brain Barrier, and Navy studies on microwave radiation on the body. Enjoy! New Pioneers painting by Mark Henson
