This couple in San Antonio took advantage of a changing neighborhood to renovate and get in on the ground floor of a revitalization effort.
What opportunities are you seeing around you that excite?  What do you need to do to get involved or invent solutions to new problems?
As we grow and mature, we are trying to grow and succeed.  Sometimes our efforts can slowly (or quickly) cause  us to drift away from our original mission.  It can also complicate life way more than it needs to be.
