For today’s show, Howard Learner from the Environmental Law & Policy Center gives updates on the Driftless community’s ongoing opposition to the ATC Cardinal-Hickory Creek Transmission Line and talks about Wisconsin’s energy future.

Howard Learner is an experienced attorney who serves as the president and executive director of the Chicago-based Environmental Law & Policy Center. He teaches advanced seminars in energy law and climate change policy at Northwestern University Law School and the University of Michigan Law School.
