【Day of Joy】 

1 A night to remember — my glorious salvation!

I was embraced and kissed by God.

Joy beyond compare! I sang my way home!

I deeply tasted the presence of God!

Day of Joy! Day of Joy!

My sins are gone, forever gone!

Between Him and me, there’s no more sin,

Forever only His precious blood!

Day of Joy! Day of Joy!

Between us, Lord, there’s only love!

2 How can I forget O that blessed day?

He changed my life and eternity!

It is no longer I who live,

The old has passed, the new has come!

Day of Joy! Day of you!

My sin are cleansed, we now embrace!

Perfected forever! Yes, perfect forever!

A new creation forever am I!

Day of joy! Day of Joy!

With God I’m most compatible!

3 An eternal day to commemorate —

The Trinity embraced me tight!

God’s overjoyed to live in me!

God’s dream of love is realised on me!

Day of Joy! Day of Joy!

The Trinity abides in me!

I am forever a child of God,

Christ’s ultimate eternal love!

Day of Joy! Day of Joy!

Between us, Lord Your cov’-nant stands!

I am Yours and You are mine.

In God’s sweet home, I have a part!

【Matthew 13:47-50, 53-58】

47 "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was thrown into the sea and gathered fish of every kind.

48 When it was full, men drew it ashore and sat down and sorted the good into containers but threw away the bad.

49 So it will be at the close of the age. The angels will come out and separate the evil from the righteous

50 and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

53 And when Jesus had finished these parables, he went away from there,

54 and coming to his hometown he taught them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished, and said, "Where did this man get this wisdom and these mighty works?

55 Is not this the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Mary? And are not his brothers James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?

56 And are not all his sisters with us? Where then did this man get all these things?"

57 And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and in his own household."

58 And he did not do many mighty works there, because of their unbelief.
