【A Never Relenting Oath】

1 Abba, You sent Your Son,

Your bosom loved only Son.

Came down to earth, became flesh,

For me, Forever Man!

O Father, you have sworn.

And You will not relent.

For-e’er You’ve appointed

Your Son as High Priest for me.

For Your Begotten Son

To be born on earth for me,

To live for me, to die for me.

For-e’er living for me!

2 To bring me before You,

Perfected complete forever,

To enter Your beauty

Your heart is endless depth!

For Your heart beloved Son,

A wedding feast You prepare.

You gave me to Your loved Son

To be His sweet darling one.

Ever to each other belonged.
