Drink o'clock

Natacha Jaramillo joins again and this time it was planned to discussion about balance within ourselves and vulnerability with others.

Owner/Lead Trainer at Next Step Performance and I catch up for the first time in decades leading to a heartfelt discussion of our lives and the lack of equality in the US.

Madai Henderson and I had a great catch up but unfortunately it was deleted so we got back on to have some placeholder of our talk.

Rodrigo Lopresti joins in to discuss equality and his new video anthology Heart Breakers.

Great change to Drink o’clock when Natacha Jaramillo surprising us by joining via video. Supporting service workers and the lack of support from the US government.

Small change and still no justice for George and Breonna. 8:46 secs Dave Chappell promotions. No great Apple karma.

Breonna Taylor's 27th birthday post mortem.

Drink o’clock evolves as the US reacts to George Floyds murder.

Finding my footing as I catch up with talks about stimulating the economy and more.

In seeking balance during ‘Shelter in Place’ I live stream to participate in a catch up of sorts while enjoying a beverage at the end. Heya 👋🏻, this and KaL and welcome to Drink o’clock.
