Chuck Solomon: Hey, Martha. How are you this afternoon? Good. Chuck. How are you? I'm doing well. Could you please tell listeners a little bit about Martha, the company you work for and your current role?
Martha Angle: Sure. I'd love to. First again, thank you for, for having me on. My name is Martha Angle. I am the VP of talent management and inclusion.
I have one stream software. I've been with OneStream almost nine years now and seeing this startup really kind of grow from a scrappy startup into now an accelerated growth company. So we've grown from when I started about 30 employees to now north of 1300. So the growth has been pretty cool over the years, almost a decade.
And I've got a lot of stories to tell depending on how much time you got. But yeah, this has definitely been home for me for a very long time. Yeah. And personally I'm a mom, I have a 10 year old and a 12 year old, two awesome kids at home. And yeah, I'm excited to, to share a little bit about what my experience has been.
Chuck Solomon: Well, I appreciate it. We're, I'm actually not even sure where you live, where do you live, where are you calling
Martha Angle: in from today? I'm in Birmingham, Michigan, actually. So that's where OneStream’s headquarters is. That's where I'm calling in from today. So
Chuck Solomon: tell me, how did you get into this talent
Martha Angle: space? So I got started in human resources in general right out of college.
So my, my degree was in English and philosophy and bringing those sort of two things together, I was able to, to talk a little bit about the employee experience and, and help in making decisions and, and writing, you know, strong communications. And so that's where I started actually with what was OneStream's predecessor, Upstream.
