Everyday next week - (Wednesday or Thursday - optional rest day)      1.  Walk 5 Minutes      2.  Run 45 seconds      3.  Walk 4 minutes 15 seconds      4.  Run 45 seconds      5.  Repeat #3 and #4, 4 more times.  It should end-up being 30 minutes.
