MNL's Patrick Cooke caught up with Derry City manager Declan Devine, where he knows there will be no easy games ahead.

Derry City have signed Joe Thomson for the remainder of this season and the 2021 season. Thomson who plays as a midfielder started his senior career at Celtic and he has played on loan at Dumbarton, Livingston, two spells at Queen of the South and Dunfermline Athletic.

He spoke to MNL's Patrick Cooke after completing the deal.

A good days work by Derry City manager Declan Devine in securing Stephen Mallon for the remainder of the season and capturing the signature of Scottish midfielder Joe Thomson.
