What is holding you back? What prevents you from your reaching your dreams and the achievements that you long for? This is an honest question and it is very individual usually; there are some universal things that a lot of us struggle with that are poison in your life no matter how you look at it. This is not a holier than thou conversation because we all have work to do in our lives.

I am not here to slap your hand and tell you that you are bad, I am not that much of a hypocrite. I got my own sh*t to work on and no one knows than more than me.
