In this episode, you’ll meet John Ferenchak. As a tech sales leader and active ally to many, John will guide us through steps towards becoming an ally that include self education. This process includes admitting that you have racial bias based on the decisions that you make and actually having conversations about race. Through trust and value, John shares how you can be a mentor or sponsor to people of color. By setting an example, John describes how, together, we can create systemic change by being the pebble in the pond.
In this episode we get inspired and challenged by Harold Valestin – Real Estate Motivator to think differently about real estate. He shares how you should consider real estate to create generational wealth. Harold shares a mentality for how to go about starting along this journey for yourself. If you are a renter or a home owner, you are already in real estate. Harold begs the question, “what side do you really want to be on?”. Last, but not least, Harold sheds light and perspective on how real estate ownership can help address the deeply rooted wealth gap in the US.
Harold is an 17+ year real estate sales professional who started investing in 2006. He is a frequent public speaker and also hosts a weekly live real estate Q&A on Instagram that he dubs Real Estate Wisdom Wednesdays.
