VEST is a curated network of highly influential women across business and civic sectors working together to dismantle the barriers precluding more women from reaching positions of power and influence.

Prior to launching her own venture, Erika was a Private Equity Partner and led the Global Division at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. She serves on multiple private and public boards, including the board of directors of ARVEST Bank.
