Hey there, Sheevaun Moran here, and I was reading an email just a little bit ago and it had this amazing word in it that I think would help you reveal something that maybe is going on inside of your world. We do all these practices. Maybe we do some yoga once a week or we meditate here and there, you know, we're working on ourselves and we're really thinking where these spiritual people.

Everyone Sheevaun here driving for your success and it's been awhile. I miss doing my diving for your successes for you. I have a couple of things that I think would help you in your day in and day out journey of dealing with how life flows and how you can have more success.

You can let your emotions control you OR you can try this wacky little trick. The emotions will become more tamed and productive. It's kinda like taming that inner critic.

It's like you're walking through mud. Uh, we're here in southern California and we've had a whole bunch of mud sides and mud is a great metaphor.

I got some feedback from folks saying, no, you have to experience it. And in all of these other things, and there's a very ancient teaching that indicates that we have to believe it before we see it.
