Adam Knutz, President at The Arcticom Group (TAG), is an authentic and passionate leader who thrives on collaboration, fostering growth, and achieving exceptional results. At TAG, Adam oversees operations across seven states while driving business strategy, growth planning, and team development. Under his leadership, TAG has achieved year-over-year revenue growth, bolstered margin generation, and set a standard for excellence in the HVACR industry.
Before joining TAG, he served as President and CEO of Refrigeration Unlimited Inc. (RUI), where he transformed a legacy family-owned business into an industry leader, doubling headcount and quadrupling revenues through strategic growth and M&A. Earlier in his career, as Vice President and Install Manager at RUI, Adam was instrumental in expanding market share and operational capabilities.
Beyond his professional achievements, Adam actively supports the industry and his community. He serves on the Hussmann Advisory Board and participates in organizations such as the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and the Food Marketing Institute. His passion for giving back extends to his work with Greentrike Children’s Museums, World Vision, and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Western Washington University and a Managing for High Performance & Retention Certificate from the University of Washington.
