Clarence Rivette is President of The Wirt-Rivette Group (WRG), where he leads integrated financing, development, and consulting initiatives across commercial real estate and operating businesses. His work spans healthcare infrastructure, multi-family and senior living developments, and commercial equipment. Clarence is focused on driving strategic growth, building high-performing organizations, and developing leaders who create lasting impact.He brings extensive global experience in business strategy, market entry, and organizational transformation. Clarence has led international product development and marketing teams, supported joint ventures across Russia, China, Vietnam, and Myanmar, and advised leaders navigating complex economic transitions. He also directed the integration of five global subsidiaries following a successful M&A and management buyout. Over the past five years, his team has deployed more than $100M in development and joint venture activity, including partnerships with major health systems.Earlier in his career, Clarence served as a U.S. Naval Intelligence Officer, including roles with the Defense Intelligence Agency and as a briefer to the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Secretary of Defense. He has worked across Asia and traveled to more than 45 countries. He currently serves on the Isabella Bank Regional Board and as Director of Cignys Manufacturing and TempleArts Foundation, and is a former Chair of the Pulse3 Foundation. He is also a former MBA Adjunct Professor and frequent speaker on strategy and international business.Clarence holds an MA in Russian and Eastern European Studies from the University of Michigan.
