Darryl Gregory is the Vice President of Sales, EMEA at Distech Controls, part of Acuity Brands, where he leads regional strategy and execution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a people-first approach and nearly 25 years in the building automation and controls industry, Darryl is known for driving high-performing teams, cultivating strategic partnerships, and delivering consistent commercial growth across competitive markets. His leadership is defined by a deep understanding of customer needs, a sharp focus on solution-based selling, and an unwavering commitment to results.
Prior to joining Acuity Brands, Darryl spent over 18 years at Honeywell, rising through the ranks from Area Sales Manager to Sales Leader for the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. His journey at Honeywell included leading major sales territories, overseeing the success of brands like Trend, Saia Burgess and CentraLine, and managing both partner and OEM channels.
Outside of his professional life, Darryl is passionate about team culture, mentorship, and continuous learning and of course enjoying time with his family and friends.
