Before joining Roundstone, she spent several years in sales at Tenneco Energy Resources and Cardtech, Inc., where she developed a deep understanding of relationship-building and strategic communication—skills that continue to inform her approach to talent management today.
Beyond her professional role, Molly is deeply committed to philanthropy and community engagement. She and Michael Schroeder were recently named recipients of the Greater Cleveland Association of Fundraising Professionals’ 2024 Philanthropist of the Year Award.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Miami University and remains committed to lifelong learning, mentorship, and professional growth. She continues to advocate for inclusive workplaces, employee well-being, and meaningful community impact.
