Azathioprine is a anti metabolite drug which interfere with T cell .It is used in immunobullous disorder ,photodermatosis ,eczme.Azathiprine is available since last 40 years.TPMT test is mandatory before using Azathioprine .Regular monitoring of blood is nessasary with Azathioprine.
