This episode is about me working out some shit on the fly. I had some strong feelings and thoughts and decided to record it and without a plan of any kind, I just opened up and counseled myself. By the end of it I felt a lot better and after listening back to it with my wife Amanda, we felt that it had to be shared. Originally I just thought it would be a good way to help myself.....It turns out it could be helpful for you too.

When I first found Etienne, I was captivated. As several months have passed since our first contact, he now fascinates me. He is in the trenches with his music and fighting with all he has got to make something for himself. The stories told in this episode will open your eyes as to what a person might be experiencing to bring daily content to the internet and more importantly, what they are doing for themselves to find resolve with their art.

This interview with Noam marks the final episode to Season 1 of the DrumGAB podcast. It is a lengthy and very in-depth interview that covers many of Noam's achievements in life and the projects and goals that he has set for himself in the future as well. This episode is also special because of the Jungle Jam children's book series that he has provided to my family and son Harrison. This episode is for my son to listen to years from now. I'll just come out and say it. I love Tim's karaoke bits. It's like a lousy horror movie that is cheap beyond words. I recall saying to Tim, "Hey man, let's butcher some Christmas tunes for our podcast!" and Tim just said "Oh boy, this is going to be horrendous" or something to that effect. There is more to this episode than simply karaoke fumbles though. There is some pretty deep content here while we get to learn about Tim's life. There is a Jeckyll and a Hyde to Tim. This live session was with Drumtacs' JC Clifford. We recorded it November 18th, 2017 at one of the frequent "drum hangs" at Canadian Drum Gear. In addition to this being a face to face interview, it was also recorded for a live audience and was also streamed on Instagram. This was a great hang and I now have the in-person interview bug.
