What is eroticism? How do we integrate the sexual self into the larger tapestry of who we are? How do we see ourselves as sexual beings; de-shamed and in our own power. How do we make the sexual act more joyous, more present, more connected and intimate? These are some of the questions I'll explore in this episode. Sex is not just sex. Eroticism is not porn or fantasy. It's the awakening of a vital aspect of who we are that has the power to enhance many facets of our lives. I hope you enjoy.

These are challenging times my friends and perhaps we can be the heroes of our own story. It requires a paradigm shift that begins within ourselves. From one of seeing ourselves and each other as objects, that can be judged and discarded. To one of seeing ourselves and each other as sacred expressions of life to be respected, valued and loved. It's moving out of tribal dynamics and all the isms that separate us into a new world of co-creating, self-respect and life-valuing. It won't be easy, but one by one, when each of us practices this, perhaps we have a chance to shift the collective. Sending hugs.

This episode explores fear in identity. Fear has a role in life - it's designed to keep us safe. But fear in identity separates us from true aspects of us. This exploration shines a light on why we might be afraid to become more truly us. And likely much of the fear comes from values or qualities that our upbringing system did not value or actively suppressed. Then those qualities get wrapped in fear, shame and not good enough - and our loyalties to that system keep those qualities suppressed. I explore everything from sexuality to creativity to other qualities that perhaps need to be liberated from an old value system that is no longer relevant to you. Enjoy.

This first episode of the year is a deep and personal exploration of what we carry - pain, fear, doubt, etc. We carry belief systems born out of personal trauma, ancestral values and collective/global challenges. And those beliefs can really hinder our enjoyment of being us and living. I talk about negotiating outdated belief systems and how the challenging of these things can actually make our lives more enjoyable and true.
