About six years ago I was in a dark place and I gave serious thought about the world without me and what that would look like then out of the blue, a friend reached his hand down to where I was and he pulled me up. He encouraged me to talk to someone about where I was in my life. 

And two years ago I had someone else speak something into my life that changed my perspective. I wasn’t weak. I wasn’t less than. I was broken. I’d seen tragedy and didn’t know how to cope with it. 

In 2022 I’m going to continue to help as many people as I can. I am going to continue to shine a light into the darkness and remove the stigma that men can’t share how they feel or what they’re going through. Our lives are complicated enough without having to wear a mask everywhere we go. #RemoveTheMask #DestroyPerfect #DefeatTheStigma
