Yancy Scot Schwartz took his first yoga class in the Dominican Republic while on a skate tour. Yancy currently resides and teaches yoga in Los Angeles, California. He believes that through the yoga practices and techniques, we can free ourselves from the constraints of the body and the mind. Yancy is trying to lead a simple life.
