It's all about Google! Well, other things are discussed… but mostly about Google and the announcements made at their recent I/O conference. Google Music, Google Glass, Android… there's a lot to talk about. It's just Alan and Lee around the table again this month, as they pour through some recent tech news and give their app/software picks of the month (even though Alan duplicates his pick from a previous episode by accident… he like it that much!).
Alan and Lee put in a powerhouse performance and record what they claim to be the "best episode ever of New Stuff". Granted, they are just saying that because they are the only two people that showed up for the recording and they want to make everyone else feel guilty. Regardless, our two lonely hosts discuss Apple (is it losing it's shine?), Facebook Home, what Google does with your data when you die, and their tech picks of the month. Who needs the rest of the panel when you have the best talking tech?
Computers you wear on your clothes or put in your glasses! Cars that can drive themselves! Homes that can monitor their temperature, lights, and movement! And don't forget all of the great pranks you could play on your neighbors… all thanks to technology! Lee and Alan are joined by Terry and Kristina to discuss the latest in the world of tech. And to cap it off, each of the panelists give their "Pick of the Month" for a great web site, mobile app, or gadget. It's "New Stuff" for December 2012.

This month's 'New Stuff' panel discusses the legal outcome of the Apple v. Samsung trial and how it may - or may not - affect innovation and creativity in the tech industry. Then, it's on to the current state of television... how many on the panel are "cord-cutters", and how do they see us interacting with TV content in the future? That's all followed up by the panel giving their app picks of the month, ranging from some incredibly useful productivity apps to some mindless games to... well, we still don't know what Lee's app is supposed to do. All this, along with some general merriment and mirth, on this month's 'New Stuff'!
