And we reached the end of Season 2! Thank you for tuning in so far and we hope you have enjoyed Season 2 as much as we have enjoyed every second of recording it with our fabulous and inspirational guests. In this final episode, we will be discussing what Mentoring is and why everyone needs a Mentor (or three!). For those of you who doesn't yet have a mentor but considering of finding one, this Episode shares tips and guidance on identifying a Mentor, building an effective Mentoring relationship and how to get started. For those of you who already have Mentor(s), we will be sharing practical tips and advice to make the most of your Mentoring relationship(s).
In our penultimate episode of Season 2, we are joined by Anton Sutheja, an Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry whose career has led him to work in the various locations all over the globe, from Netherlands to Nigeria. Anton shared his reflections and experiences from his early career, including what he found as the most challenging and the most rewarding part of his journey and what drives him to continue pushing boundaries at every step of the way. In this episode, we are joined by Alia Hasyim, HR Business Partner/Recruiter, who took a U-turn in her career path to steer away from her 9-5 job to flexible hours. Doing this allows her to spend more time and energy in her passion and interest in holistic wellbeing, health and fitness. In our first season finale, we looked back over the period we have spent in our respective country of residence and reflected on the time when we finally feel that we are an integral part of our society.

In our fourth episode, we will be reflecting on our personal journey, hurdles and challenges in building our confidence as a minority as we build our lives and careers outside of Indonesia.
In our third episode, we will delve a little bit deeper into our day to day lives in the UK and Netherlands. We will be reflecting on the differences and similarities on the culture, lifestyle and mindset - and how our Indonesian traits and upbringing clash, or thrive, in the two countries.
