For reasons long forgotten, the two mixes were edited together to create a single track, embarrassingly without the band’s permission :-( Thankfully the original DAT was discovered last year, with this release, mastered by Vibronics, the result.

Following the festival, Misled Convoy was invited to perform at Nano Festival, for which he weaved all the Luma soundscapes into a continuous, multi-track collage and played that live on a quadrophonic system. Recordings of this performance, along with all the control data, were then taken into the studio, where they were shaped into a stereo composition.

The Garden of Arborea evolves organically, growing and shifting like the natural world that inspired it, with atmospheres unfurling slowly, punctuated by rhythmic accents and deep bass drops.
