We all get a little bent out of shape sometimes — some more than others. Some never straighten out. Stress is a great way to tie yourself in knots, and unless you figure out how to destress, you could end up permanently kinky, and not in the fun way.
The country is currently experiencing an epidemic of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Until recently these disorders were considered “psychological in origin” and the sufferers merely too high strung for their own good. Even if that were the case ... it would still be a physical problem. We now know that mere thought can cause physical changes in the mind/body.
