There are so many different ways to deal with stress: exercise, taking a nap, creating something, but very often we can choose to turn to a vice to try and deal with our problems.

Whether it's alcohol, drugs, or even sex, it's easier to find something to numb the pain and pressure rather than actually dealing with it.

In this episode I share some thoughts on why it's not such a good idea to depend on vices to deal with stress. I also encourage you to use creativity in its place.
