This podcast has to be one of the hardest ones to edit, not because of any technical difficulties but because it was such a good conversation; I didn't want to cut any of it off. But it was longer than I felt comfortable releasing, and I didn't want to make a series out of it. This week, we gave over-worked Ramon a break and are uploading a conversation with another one of our good friends. George is a youth minister in the diocese of Orange and he runs a successful and not-so average ministry that consists of small groups and little to no "requirements." Sacramentally speaking, it doesn't fit the norm. Another thing that doesn't fit the norm is our family life and how we are going to look back at it when this quarantine time is over.

We caved and starting talking about COVID-19 and how it relates to our faith life amidst sharing our thoughts on almsgiving and the importance thereof in our Catholic faith, especially as we journey through Lent without the Liturgy in our lives.
