Did you once say never and now you're doing that exact same thing today? What was the thing and do you regret it or has it worked in your favor?

Every season isn't meant to be fruitful, let's be mindful of slowing down and resting.

Your body will tell you what's wrong before a doctor will, listen to it and trust yourself!

What box have you put yourself in that has you feeling limited? Remove it and I encourage you to explore what else is out there.

Don't let negativity overstay it's welcome, it has taken up too much energy and it's time to move on.

It's time for a fresh start don't you think? When was the last time and can you feel it in your body when it may be time to start a cleanse?
