Episode 55 opens the new year with a very special moment. This recording captures the first hour of my set at Ampere, warming up the room for Dasha Rush and DVS1.

Starting in an almost empty space, surrounded by silence, the atmosphere felt unreal. From there, the set slowly unfolds, building patiently from deep soundscapes, textures, noise, and unusual rhythms into hypnotic yet steadily driving grooves. Step by step, the room begins to fill. Watching people enter, settle in, and almost instantly slip into a trance under the spell of the hypnotic energy was incredibly satisfying.

Warming up a night like this is one of my favorite things to do, especially for such an open-minded crowd. It’s about creating space, setting the tone, and letting the music breathe. This mix is a reflection of that moment, subtle, immersive, and deeply connected to the dancefloor.

Since then, he’s released on Fautsection, Devotion Records, and Diffuse Reality, with a more experimental release already scheduled for spring 2026.

For Episode 52, we welcome Tshvili, the Belgian DJ project of Nathan Tetroashvili a name emerging from the depths of the underground. Known for his dark, cerebral, bass-heavy and hypnotic approach to techno, Tshvili draws inspiration from the Tbilisi scene with clubs like Bassiani and Khidi, as well as the darker Berghain aesthetic shaped by artists such as Oscar Mulero.

As co-founder of the queer collective MESHUGAT, he’s a familiar face at their underground nights in Antwerp and beyond.
