  • Duke Reacts to I'm An Adult Now (THE SINGER GOES NUTS!)

Reaction video to the video for the Canadian band The Pursuit of Happiness and their 1988 classic "I'm An Adult Now". Lead singer Moe Berg has 4 verses of fury, plus a mandatory 1980s guitar solo. Straight up and down 🔥🔥.

Thanks to Vimeo for allowing us to record video reactions with the full screen. We had a system crash while recording the first take of this, but luckily Vimeo saved everything that was filmed before the malfunction and allowed me to record the rest of this reaction without missing a beat. Props to that software.

  • Duke Reacts to GEORGE CLINTON - One Nation Under A Groove (LOST CLASSIC!)

George Clinton is described by many as one of the godfathers of modern rap. George's work with Parliament/Funkadelic influenced the likes of Snoop Dogg, Digital Underground, and Dr. Dre.

One Nation Under a Groove (1979) one of George's most ambitious and weird AF albums, not an easy one to find on streaming services. This is my reaction to the title track. Let me know what you thought in the comments below and leave a like if you want to see more George Clinton reactions on this channel.

  • Duke Reacts to IGGY POP - I'm Bored (ONE OF MY HEROES!)

One of my favorite late 70s gems is "I'm Bored" by Iggy Pop from the 1979 record New Values. This is a very rare music video version, if you guys have not heard Iggy gotta check out the Stooges and his solo stuff from the 70s onward. He's still rocking harder than anybody out there to this day. There is only one Iggy, he is one of my strongest influences.

  • Duke Reacts to THE SAFETY DANCE (1980s INSANITY!)

The 80s truly was an insane time in ways I can't put into words, as you'll see in every movie that takes place then. But one of the most unique earworms from this period was the Safety Dance, a song about no one letting this dude into the club because of how he dances

  • Duke Reacts to FRANK ZAPPA - Dancin' Fool/Disco Boy Tease (HE GOES IN!)

Maybe not what you'd be expecting someone to react to on this day, archived from Friday the 13th 2022. But we've unearthed a couple gems from one of the godfathers of both Rap and Alternative music. Zappa had a lot to say about the Disco movement of the late 70s. If you want us to do a full reaction to Disco Boy leave us some love and subscribe to the podcast baby.
